Healthy Hair with Appropriate Diet

Rich sources of vitamin A: pumpkins, carrots, sweet potatoes and animal and plant products in orange and yellow, rich in beta carotene .

Vitamin E

Vitamin E protects hair from sun damage. The nuts and wheat germ are rich sources of vitamin E, make sure you include in your diet.
